CANCELLATIONS


We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to hello@clubinana.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an item has an estimated ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item(s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!


Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
