Yes we do. Kindly visit our Orders + Shipping page for more details. We generally ship to all countries that our courier service offers. Free shipping with minimum order is provided in the page too.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfilment hub located in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Club Inãna takes 1-2 business days to produce/pack your ready-stock orders. Other laser cutting personalised pieces (stated in product description) requires workshop production of 15-20 days. On top of that, dispatching the orders will take a few more working days depending on your location. See Orders + Shipping.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes.
What happens when my order is lost in transit?
We will refund you the amount that are refunded to us by the courier service who is responsible for the delivery. Based on experience, they usually take few weeks to resolve the dispute and only refund the amount declared.
Will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance.
Do leave a note in your order if you would like to declare a lower value to avoid duties and taxes but we will not be liable if there's any loss or further taxes.
How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
We have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed due to hygienic purposes.
In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How do I proceed for a return/exchange?
Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition and accompanied by its original packaging.
Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions.
A restocking fee per unit and shipping costs apply.
If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
Club Inãna cannot be responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a store credit / return / exchange.
Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
